Great tool!!
This is the smaller rotary cutter, and I love it. It gives me more "feel" when I use it to cut fabrics. I am able to cut 4 layers easily and have cut up to 8 layers. I prefer this size to my larger rotary cutters as I have more control over the cutting of the fabric. You can't go wrong with this product.

Comfortable to use perfect for smaller fabrics to cut. It appears the blade will be easy to change. I have not had to change the blade yet.

New design on old favorite is a total fail.
I have a couple of the old design of this knife. They are fantastic. We moved house and I misplaced them in a box somewhere. So I ordered another. The problem is, this new design does not have the safety features of the old.It took me a few times to understand that I was slicing my thumb open, rather deeply.. on the topside of the blade as I pushed into the fabric.So deeply that I had to stop work and mop up the large flow of blood. I’ve used my hands all my life and maybe my pain sensitivities are not as clear at the end of my fingers as they could be. But these cuts go deep.I believe this new design on old favorite is a total fail.

Nice size
I can't make a decision if I like the smaller cutter better than the more common45mm I fine myself switching back and forth not sure why but for curves, diamonds and other shapes I really use this small size more. I would buy it again! I love the ease of changing the blade.It also seems not to be loose side to side when cutting.Easy to keep straight when cutting!

Excellent product
You really can't go wrong buying a Olfa. I have used them for years and they never disappoint me. I purchased this little rotary cutter for my small projects, but even ended up using it on my big projects. It is a great size, especially if you take classes and don't want to bring your big boy!
