How did I live without this?
I honestly don't know how I copied without this steamer. I hate ironing. I'll repeat. I HATE IRONING! But I love freshly ironed clothes. Yeah I'm that person. I've been using a 9 in 1 steam cleaner for the last few months to iron clothes. It was heavy and didn't work very well vertically. I was going to invest in the Philips handheld steamer and then I saw this one. A lot cheaper with better reviews. I fell in love immediately. It's lightweight, warms up in seconds and the tank holds enough water to get a full load of washing ironed. It is easy to fill up. Press the buttons on either side of the tank, slide it out. Remove the stopper and fill with water. You get a handy little jug to use to fill it up. Press the power button and you're good to go. It comes with a brush head and another head with a lint brush but I haven't used those yet. You can press the button fora jet of steam or lock it down for continuous steam, which is really handy There's a knack to steaming clothes that works for me. I have a hook on the back of a door with a coat hanger and a trouser hanger. I hang the clothes up and steam against the door. For shirts I set the ironing board up and press the steamer against the collar and sleeves to press them then I hang the shirt up to finish the job. I can get all the creases out of a t-shirt in seconds. I love it so much I've been telling everyone about it already!

I Collard it I Love It
Fast delivery and well packaged. In all honestly I hate ironing and where going away soon with the family and it was a family member that recommended it would be handy to have a clothes steamer. Therefore I took the plunge although sceptical, thought it would be best to get it early so I could give it a go and practice. I really didnโt need to worry assembly was simple, the instructions very clear and was surprised how fast it heats up and is ready to go. Iโve only had the garment steamer for a day but I just couldnโt stop having a play and practice of course. After reading some reviews these actually helped me out as others recommended holding the hem, slowly pass the steamer over your garment which works fantastic and removes creases really well. I really do love the fact the steamer is not very heavy, as I suffer with joint problems I find this a lot easier than a heavy iron and I can manage to do a lot more. The tank is small but for me I really donโt mind topping it up as it does not take long for the steamer to be ready to go again. Although I originally purchased for a family holiday which is definitely going to come in handy, I would really recommend it as a useful small appliance for around the home, especially for those who suffer with joint problems. Great value for money and to be honest I wish I brought one ages ago, I can see this as being a most used gadget (bye bye iron) not one that you purchased and it goes to the back of cupboard.

Faulty first product, but was replaced quickly by good customer service
There are a couple of little design issues, eg the water tank is impossible to empty despite the instructions saying not to leave it full, the tank doesnโt clip into place fully at the bottom, etc. The overall machine is pretty sturdy but still reflective of the low price. I love how quickly it heats up and itโs very intuitive to use. I was happy with it and very pleased with the results until suddenly on the first day the trigger stopped working and it was spitting and steaming constantly even after turning it off. I contacted customer service who promptly responded and sent out a new one the next day. Overall a nice steamer for smaller loads, but let it cool down for a while if youโre doing a large amount of steaming.

Good steamer, fast heat up. Easy to use
I bought this as I have a load of clothes to sell on eBay and didnโt want to iron them all... it is ready to use in about 10 seconds and gives a good head of steam. I tested it on a pair of trousers and a light weight shirt. It does remove the creases quickly and efficiently. I hung the items on coat hangers and steamed them that way. You can easily stop and start the steaming with a button on the holder, so no fiddling about. It is easy to hold and not heavy at All which makes it easy to move around the article. It is bulky so I would think would take up room in suitcase which if youโre flying budget could be an issue. I am please with product, it does what it should and is quick

An ok steamer but could be better
This is a handy item to have when you're in a rush in the morning but don't throw away your iron. On synthetics creases are removed quickly but was not impressed with its performance on cotton. It is easy to use and heats up quickly. However, I would advise against holding the steamer too close to your clothes as it can occasionally spit out crumbly limescale on them. Unfortunately cracks have appeared in the back of the water tank. It does not prevent me from using the steamer but the tank has to be emptied immediately after use to avoid a slow leak. Better quality plastic should be used for the tank.

A good solution to a pressing need, at home or away.
I bought this steamer because I am going to a wedding, and I want an easy way to take creases out of all our clothes. This really does fit the bill. The steamer plugs straight into the wall with a normal 3 pin plug. It has an easily removable water tank, which holds sufficient water for several garments, and a little jug to fill it (I just filled the tank under the cold tap, but some may like the choice of tap or jug). There is also a brush fitment which I personally donโt need, but for suits and jackets, very useful. The steamer is about the size of a small electric kettle, and easy to hold and use. The on switch is on the back, it lights up when you press on. The nozzle is positioned away from your hand, for safety reasons, and a trigger mechanism (very easy to use when holding the steamer) allows the steam to escape via the nozzle. All the same, I would keep well away from small children, as steam is obviously very hot as you would expect. I tried the steamer on trousers and a pleated skirt (that would be a nightmare to iron). Really brilliant, and I will use this at home plus when we go away for weekends. It is a little large for abroad, but more than makes up for that by attractive presentation, ease of use, and taking those creases out. A really pleasing buy.

Unreliable, so not worth the money.
Bought this in January and used it maybe twice during the period. Just tried to use it again (July) when I needed it and it ust isn't giving out any steam! I see now lots of reviews saying that it breaks quickly. So I would avoid this model, especially if you're just using it occasionally.

Useful appliance to have in the home and also useful for travel.
I had been thinking of buying one fo these for a while but was reluctant as I wasn't sure how much use i would have for it. I found the steamer easy to hold and use. Assembly is simple, with clear instructions. It heats up fast and is ready to start much faster than I expected. I find slowly passing the steamer over the garment is the easiest and most effective way to remove the creases. I have attached two photos above, one to show the difference between steamed and non-steamed half way through the shirt. The second photo is of the shirt after I had finished steaming it. I still need the iron for things like pressing collars etc but the streamer saves me time and the hassle of dragging out the ironing board and iron every time i need to get rid of some creases! The steamer isn't very heavy, I think that is because the water tank is quite small. If you need to steam more that one garment, the tank needs to be topped up, but it doesn't take long for the steamer to be ready to go again. You could travel with this steamer. The only thing to be aware of, if you're considering travelling with it, is that the water tank is tricky to completely empty (but even if a little water is left in the tank it ie sealed and does not seem to leak). I would recommend it as a useful small appliance to have in the home.
