I got this as it was supposed to strengthen your teeth. Started using it as directed - 16 drops in a glass of water daily. No strange taste, just tasted like the water. My teeth had been a bit sensitive and I was avoiding going to the dentist - don't we all? After using it for only a few days, I suddenly realized my teeth were no longer sensitive. Bottom line, it works - at least I felt it did for me. Worthwhile purchase. Strengthens bones, nails hair and teeth.. for the price, go for it!

This product is an essential, I was taking it for years. My hair, my nails and oh yes my eyebrows are so much better, then I let it slip for a bit and realized my hair, my nails and yes my eyebrows weren't look so good so I got right back on it, Never, I say never will I be w/o it again. And one last thing I realized, but can't prove to anyone, I could no longer use the prescription eyes glasses I was wearing, my eyes got better, can't use that prescription now. I bought this product and it’s not the same as I bought before from other sources. I’ve been taking Sell food for over 15 years now and this two are diluted! Very mild taste! I know it when I poured it in my bottle of water, almost like I didn’t pour anything in it. The other ones are strong taste even when it spills on your hand or fingers, you can definitely taste how strong it is. I will never buy from you again!
