One thing I can do is Water Walking. So I was looking for a water shoe that would provide me with arch support. This was the 1st water shoe I found that stated it had arch support. I measured my foot and added 1/2” since I did not want my toes rubbing against the front of the shoe. I finally had opportunity to try them out today and was extremely pleased.
