Just out of the box, I am 100% satisfied. The engraving on both sides (Name & Birthdate) was etched to perfection, exactly as I requested—and I’m so happy for that! For me, it is the perfect size, not large & gaudy, not small. The heart is a tad small, but I love the delicacy of that. Under lights, I’m sure it will shine beautifully. I feel like I got all the value for what I paid. No, it is not fine Sterling Silver; it’s exactly as stated at the right price for such a pretty piece. The snake chain gives it a look of being more expensive, as opposed to some other versions with a cheap looking chain. I didn’t buy this with the intention of putting ashes in it and would say that it is meant to hold just a speck—but that would be enough for me. I intend to put a tiny strand of baby hair in it. I bought it as a gift for someone who lost her son at a young age and I will be proud to gift it to her. A great purchase!

A bit large for a small neck but a great item

This was a gift so I was a little hesitant when I bought this as a gift. When it arrived, it was more than I expected! I was very impressed with the quality. The rings are thick and very solid & the chain is not cheap at all. I feel this will last forever. Although I didn't have the heart to put ashes in the urn, I did put strands of hair and it was very easy to install. I would recommend to anyone who is grieving pet baby. It's beautiful, it's worth the $.

Back in 2019 we purchased 5 of these urn necklaces, all with different relationships, “Mom” “Sister”, “Aunt” “Grandma” and one other. This product is definitely a great gift to give someone who's loss a love one or a pet!! The only thing is, it clings a lot, so I just removed one of the rings from the necklace and wear it on my finger.

The media could not be loaded.  I have had this necklace for over a month and I shower with it and never take it off and it hasn’t rusted ! It’s very beautiful and unique! I got this to remember my mom by and it comes with a tool if you want to put ashes in it and a nice velvet bag! I love this necklace and love that you can put ashes in it and it doesn’t look like your Typical urn necklace.

It looks like crap changed colour tarnished... In 2 months. And now a small part of my mom is in a little heart that looks like crap. I don't even know how to get her ashes out and those are all I have.
