Where is the skirt from that the model has on?

You can take a photo of the skirt and load it into the amazon search bar and amazon will show you the product.

What size can I pick as a teenager?

I believe the One Size would fit. I’m 5’2 about 155lbs and it was perfect for me. I would say if you’re closer to 200lbs get the next size up for sure! Hope this helps

How do i exactly hand wash these? Do i use anything special to keep it like when i first got them or just in a sink or tub with laundry soaps?

You can hand wash them, cold water, laundry soap of your choice, if you use a littoe hair conditioner if will keep them soft and hang dry them.
