## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: Hi

Thank you for your question.
These products are made in China.
It is worth mentioning that almost all poly resin products do come from China.

The products are shipped by sea and then stored in a warehouse in the US, before it is sent to Amazon.
It may take 6 weeks to 3 months from the time a product left China before it arrives at Amazon.

Kind regards
Pretmanns Support

**Q: Should the house be treated with a sealer before being placed outside?**
A: Hi Matt
Thank you for your question.

The house has been painted with a UV protective coating.

The more "protection" you offer, the longer it will last.

If possible, put it in a shady spot where it is shielded from the elements.

To answer your question, it is not required to treat it with a sealer, but it may help protect the paint last longer in the sun.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Kind regards
Pretmanns Support

**Q: What are the demensions of the 2 fairies? The snail w/frog?**
A: standing fairy is about 2 1/2 ", sitting about 2 and the snail about 1 3/4

**Q: Is the house available without the accessories?**
A: Hi Michael
Thank you for your question.
This Pine Cone Fairy Garden House set is unfortunately only available in a "set" format.

The main reason is that sets are generally more economic than buying the pieces individually.
(Savings due to shipping and packaging".

PRETMANNS do sell a few fairy houses without assecorries.

Please let me know should you have any more questions.
