Review: Best Anchovies you can get - I love Anchovies, I eat them as is and don't just cook with them. I've tried all types and brands and these are by far best Anchovies you can get. The flavor is more mild, and less fishy. I happen to like the fishy flavor to be honest I like but these also have the perfect texture, not too mushy but not too firm or waxy like some others I have tried. The salt is also on point and are the least salty I have had. The only downside is the price, these as far as flavor and texture are the best but are also by far the most expensive. I have ordered these several times and unfortunately the last order one of the 3 jars had leaked and are not edible and at $14 a jar is disappointing to say the least especially because you can't return them or get a refund. That being said I will definitely order more of these. Side note, be careful where you buy these from. There are several types from this brand and they all look similar, these are the higher quality anchovies.
