Careful with the first startup of the motor because you will have to adjust the fine trim on the remote so that it will hover perfectly and not just want to go forward or sideways. After you take care of the final trim of the remote it will be so easy to fly around and the remote control is very easy to get used to. There are 3 batteries that have great battery life in them running times are sometimes around 10 minutes remember you don’t need full throttle. But I would recommend a battery charger that can charge at least two batteries at once. The stability of this Drone is great and is a good value for the money. I would buy this Drone again if I had too.

These drones can be glitchy, but still really cool & fun. Unfortunately, the wires and adapters are cheap, and I had one break after not too long. If you don't expect them to last months, you will enjoy them while they last. I love the changeable speed settings, and my kids love that you can change the color of the lights. The switchable battery is also a very nice feature. On occasion, but mostly at start up, the drone likes to spaz out by going very fast in a weird direction. The only option is to turn it off and then back on. However, there is no on/off button. You turn it off by unplugging the battery, which is challenging with the small components.

At first I thought this was going to be a great little drone for my son and at the price point I wasn't worried if he smashed it to bits as long as he had fun along the way. After unboxing reading the directions and a quick YouTube video for a small tutorial it was time to fly. One of the batteries only lasted about 45 seconds out of the gate and the other one didn't work at all but I thought that just might be because they needed to be fully charged. After charging one of the batteries did not work at all and the other one probably only had about two minutes worth of flight time and the Drone wouldn't do its stunts which is I think is called a 360 flip and I watched a video on how to do it so I know we weren't doing it wrong. Either way it was very disappointing and we had High Hopes going in.

These are fun little drones for the money. They are very durable. Props are guarded and the frame covers the entire pcb. They could fall 40 yards into grass and not be hurt. They are super fast on high speed as a racing drone should be. Just don't forget to do the calibration EACH TIME you fly, otherwise it will take off on you! Slow speed is slow enough for a young child to use. My niece and nephew have had no problem flying these daily. You can do barrel rolls and flips and change the color of the led light on Them. And they automatically hold altitude so its even easier for someone learning. Im a part 107 pilot and have been teaching the kids to fly. They love these little guys. Battery life is as good as it gets for tiny drones. About 7 or mins. You get 2 batteries. Charging time is not a full 45 mins. More like 25 to 35 depending on the drain on the battery. You never want to fully drain a battery before charging because they may not charge up again if they reach 0 percent. So don't try to keep flying once the drone tells you its time to charge! All in all I recommend these to beginner pilots. Im a seasoned pilot and I even have some fun with these when I have a few minutes to kill. The seller was friendly and went above and beyond as well. My nephew is autistic and ended up losing his in the woods. I thought I would have to buy another one, but they replaced it free of charge! Not many online sellers do these things nowadays without returning the old product.

Well.....I wanted to rant and rave about this, but I can't. This was just so small! The picture that it showed when checking out the product looked like a decent sized drone. .. but as you can see it's smaller than a ten year olds palm(literally) . It's hard to control, although we haven't played with it a ton. My nephew is the one whom owns it, but he says it is fun! For a drone that can fly and hover in air, it's worth the price. He's just not happy with the size. It does have issues with the controls, it seems to be sensitive. Just be warned that it is hard to fly.

I’ve had this drone for one day and I’ve went through 10 charges so far and I can’t put this thing down. I like it so much I bought another and a battery charger so I can charge more then one battery at once. Can’t wait to see if it holds up

I watched several videos and read many reviews before purchasing the AT66-C and a lot of videos talk about and show how fast this drone is. I ordered this thinking it would be a fun little toy to fly around inside my house. The only video reviews I found were from 2018 and 2019 and Atoyx must have changed something on this quad since then because the green AT66-C I received is painfully sloooow even in the third speed rate. I can almost walk faster than this toy will fly when at full speed. The pictures show the box is for Ages 14+ but the box for the one I received says Ages 6+. It’s a great drone, easy to control, stable, does flips as described and the light colors can be changed as stated, but it is not fun at all. If they took the original AT66 that I saw zipping around in the online videos and dumbed it down for younger kids then Atoyx should have changed the model number. I want the one with the speed I see in online review videos, not this one. I had the red one before this which had the AT66 model number without the C and it was just as slow so I ordered the green AT66-C version thinking maybe I had just gotten the wrong one but I can assure you the red AT66 and green AT66-C shown here and supposedly coming in a box for Ages 14+ will be in a box for Ages 6+ and will not fly even half as fast as the ones in any videos from 3 or more years ago that you will find online for the ATOYX AT66.
