what is the total mg. elemental magnesium per 1 capsule?

If there are 400 mg of pure magnesium citrate per capsule, that would be 64 mg of magnesium per capsule. Pure magnesium citrate is 16% elemental magnesium. That's not very much, when you consider NOW foods magnesium citrate capsules contain 200 mg of magnesium each. So you would have to take 3 of these to equal one NOW foods. Not sure why this brand (Phi Naturals) makes it so difficult for customers to know how much magnesium is in their product. it should be clearly stated on the label (it might be, but they don't display the back of the label for us...).

Why don't you indicate a daily value? This is very suspicious and makes me question the quality of the product.

The Nutrition Facts label must list total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbohydrate, dietary fiber, total sugars, added sugars, protein, and certain vitamins and minerals. While the actual amount and %DV of vitamin D, calcium, iron, and potassium must be listed, other vitamins and minerals may be listed voluntarily by the manufacturer.
