Additionally, the synthetic fabric has sort of a weird smell that off-gasses for a while after it's out of the bag. Normally, getting something like this that is less than the expectation, I would just take it back.However, the reason for the 1-star rating is that the company is a third party seller and doesn't accommodate any return shipping and the cost of the return ends up being about 20% of the cost of the product, which seems somewhat unreasonable - there's a handling fee well in excess of the shipping cost. That's not transparent in the description or even in the information when you request a return. After the return is processed, your refund is simply 80% of the cost of the product along with an after-the-fact e-mail describing both a shipping and handling fee. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice customer service! It fits very well with my 11-yr-old son (5ft tall). I also requested to see an actual parka picture. They did with a 5ft individual wearing it. The Adult size has longer length, which can cover the knees; however their youth size is still more like a jacket, see the attached images. Overall, I am happy with the shopping experience with the seller and raised my rating from 3-star to 5-star.Be careful with the inaccurate web picture. The web picture looks long and can reach knees. The actual parka has much shorter length. In fact it is more like a jacket.
