They feature a strong, reliable oil tan leather chromexcel sole in a dark brown color which is extremely durable, perfect for outdoor usage, especially on soft and natural terrains. The rest of these ladies authentic Native American moccasin boots is handmade/sewn from genuine moose hide leather in a Black color. They have a long stylish fringe that goes around the entire back of the boots and the interior is suede which feels great against your skin. They are perfect for Earthing since they have no synthetic materials in the soles, only 2 layers of leather, when mixed with the moisture from your feet and ground become conductive and allow you to be grounded. Other features include the rawhide laces that serve as added fashion and can be used to tighten the boots and the vamp is double hand-stitched. Exceptional quality, run large depending on toe length
I bought the ballerina flats about two years ago and wore them for house shoes for a while. I have super flat, short toed, hobbit (not hairy but very square shaped) like feet and regular shoes are not made for me. Picture your two year olds drawing of a foot...anyway, I can wear adidas skate and soccer shoes, and running shoes with comfort but that’s pretty much it as far as actual shoes go. I started wearing the flats I bought from bastien out of the house for dogwalks and errands etc. They’re single soft soled leather and they’ve held up so well on concrete sidewalks and trails and every day life for several months so I thought I would buy a pair that was more substantial that I could possibly wear to my service job. I am not disappointed. They just came and as they are a thicker leather in both upper and sole I will be able to wear them to work. One note on size for square footed people: I wear 8.5 US sizing in commercial footwear. Ordered an 8 for both pairs. Next time I purchase I’ll probably order a 7.5/7 as there is quite a bit of toe room for my smaller toes in both, again hobbit feet.
