I made a keto version of NY Times recipe for Lasagna Soup using these instead of the past called for. It was a big hit. I think it’s good enough to print on the package. I’ve previously made lasagna with these. I liked the tast but the construction was a challenge since the noodles are delicate. The soup version tastes just as good, and is a lot less trouble!

Very good low carb substitute for noodles. Good consistency, and does not get mushy. I recommend drying the noodles prior to putting them in the pan. They smell and have a similar taste to bamboo shoots, but it Is not overpowering and is delicious.

I made a vegetable lasagna that was keto-friendly; loved the noodles. Great texture, flavor and value of product. I will definitely purchase again!

Texture was right on. Taste was good. Will be reordering. No blood sugar spike!

made excellent lasagna

Over 50% of these noodles were shredded and completely mushed into a paste and couldn’t be used. Most of them disintegrated . IDK if they’re always like this or I just got a bad batch.
