We use this tape for my son's arches. We go through at least 10 strips a week, sometimes more if he has games on the weekends. This tape is a great value for the money. I cannot speak for how many days it will last if left in place because my son removes it after running/practice. It does stay put on his sweaty feet, just as well at the name brand. It helps to rub(warm) the tape after placing to help adhesion and prevent rolling but I do this with the name brand also. I would recommend if you use a roll every 2 weeks like us.

This is great buy for when you have a lot of pain do to too much use of a muscle. It really helps the muscle, you can feel the difference instantly

These are great for the price. They stick well and can remove hair. It doesn’t last as long as maybe some more expensive brands but for the amount you get for the price I would say it is a great deal. It does help relieve pain as it should. More of a cotton material rather than spandex so it does retain moisture a bit longer which contributes to its lack of longevity comparatively. I would recommend.

It premessured and edges are curved, all one sized. Unfortunately my skin get reacted on material or glue but it removed a pain . Wear it for about 5-7 hours and get reaction .

It's no KT Tape brand and it's apparent. It is significantly cheaper than the KT Tape brand, which is why I purchased it. However, the precut strips do not tear easily at the perforation. The adhesion is 3/5 rating. It does not stand up to more than 1 day of use. I applied to my ankle after showering and drying. The next morning when to swim practice and it was falling off. If you are looking for a more cost effective tape, this will do. Just don't expect it to be same quality.

Works well and great price

I wasn't sure about buying this but read through reviews and decided to order. This is the ONLY thing that helps with lower back pain and pelvic girdle pain for me during pregnancy. I got two boxes on a day they were on sale so they were super cheap. They are very adhesive and do a great job supporting my muscles and providing some relief. The pre-cut strips are the perfect length, too. I would definitely buy this again over the name brand. Love!
