A Solid Pick to Improve Eye Health and Relieve Screen Fatigue
I've been looking for an eye care supplement because my DHC blueberry extract supplement wasn't supportive enough for my needs. I work in front of a computer over 8 hours a day, not including the time I spend on my smartphone and TV after work. I compared ingredients across three options prior to the purchase: Physician's Choice, Solaray and ML Naturals. ML Naturals has the simplest ingredients, but it requires one to be conscious about consuming enough healthy fats to properly absorb the lutein. While Solaray was eliminated because it was overpriced relative to its ingredients compared to Physicians Choice. Although Physician's Choice requires taking two capsules a day for the suggested nutrition value, but the pills are regular sized, and no aftertaste or smell, so its not an issue. I ended up going with Physicians Choice, and alongside I picked up Natural Factors RxOmega-3. After 3 days, I noticed my eyes felt brighter, less dry, less sensitive to light and less blurry. I've been taking them both religiously for almost a month now, and given these early improvements, I believe they'll continue to benefit my eyes as I keep taking them.

Delivered as promised and a great price.
It is difficult to tell with supplements what effect they have. I rely on research to determine what I need and the best brand for my money. My research told me this brand was good and at a great price. There is no taste and the capsules are a great size for swallowability. I love that it has bilberry extract as well. That is an amazing herb.

Grape Seed Extract ingredient is sus
I couldn't figure out what was making me nauseous and I had headaches after taking these. I tried them after a snack, a small meal, a full meal, first thing in the am, later in the day, on an empty stomach, taking them with other vitamins, taking them alone.... nothing worked. My best guess that I can come up with is the grape seed extract is the prime suspect. A Google search indicates that grape seed extract can cause headaches and nausea - among other things. It's unfortunate because I feel as if they do work. I have glaucoma and the Latanoprost ( I take it once a day at night) burns and dries my eyes out. When I take these I feel like my eyes are better lubricated and do not feel dry. The jury is still out to see if my ocular pressure is reduced. I'll continue to take them as I have a recheck in a few months and will report back. I hope they work because surgery or adding more drops is next to get my ocular pressure down. *2/28/2023 UPDATE* So I had my recheck today and my pressures came down from 23 & 24 to 16 & 17! No change in drops or surgery at this time with a recheck in August. Whether it's a placebo effect or not, I'll continue to take these. I'll report back in Aug 2023. Aug 23 Update My pressures remain steady at 15 & 16 respectively. But I stopped taking them after my recheck. I was still getting headaches and nausea. My next recheck is in March '24. I'm currently trying to find a good eye supplement that has everything this one has minus the grape seed extract.

They help keep eyes healthy
They seem to work. It helped to eliminate a macular degeneration spot in my motherโs eye and my husband doesnโt mention his floaters as much as he did before.

WHO Knows ? Is it a prevention pill or a Curing Pill ,, the verdict is still out
been taking it for some time -- Cant really evaluate something that you have no evidence of its performance. Thought it was more of a protection type drug -- no noticeable improvement in eye sight since using but unsure if it is meant to improve or simply protect advancement off issues

Great improvements since using this.
I can't do without this supplement. Better than any other out there. My husband was given an eye supplement to use and decided to add this supplement to his regiment. He noticed real improvements after including this supplement.

This supplement actually works!
I wanted to wait until I finished one full bottle before leaving a review. Prior to taking this supplement, my eyes always felt strained and tired from long periods of screen time at work. By the end of the day, I could barely keep them open. Since I began taking two pills a day, I have noticed a significant improvement in my vision and eye comfort. I wear prescription glasses permanently, but recently, I spent an hour shoveling snow before realizing I wasn't even wearing them. That experience confirmed for me that this supplement is truly effective. I am 53 years old and am happy to have found a product that works so well for my daily routine. I am now on my second bottle and will definitely continue to purchase it.
