Super tasting toffee but the method of manufacture must be rather dated as it comes in very irregular sized pieces. Packs can have many small fragments along with a few pieces that are too large to be put in ones mouth. We then have to break then down. But..... I cannot fault the lovely toffee taste and have to put up with the distraction of having to break down the large pieces and scoop up the mushy bits.

Bought as a gift now the High Street shops have closed. Very well received. Toffee hard not soft.

According to the product description there are 6 packages, 160g each. I received 9 packages 100g each. Consequently I was cheated out 60g, more than half the packet.

I was first introduced to Thornton's toffee by my mother's friend who used to travel to England from the U.S. She would always bring Thornton's toffee back and my mom would share with me. Her friend no longer travels so I was pleased to find that I could purchase it on Amazon. I purchase Thornton's toffee a couple of times a year as a gift to my Mother and myself. We love it! It is so good!!
