Geat book that provides fundamental nursing leader concepts that relate to leading a nursing unit by embracing practices that are proven to deliver success. Overall the book is easy to read and organized into individual parts/chapters that relate to specific topics and umbrella categories. I would recommend this book as 'one' of a nurse leaders books they read.
