As someone who genuinely cares about the environment, I found this organic compost machine to be an excellent product. It makes managing kitchen waste simple and encourages a more sustainable lifestyle. The machine is easy to use, works efficiently, and gives me the satisfaction of converting waste into something useful instead of sending it to a landfill. One suggestion I have is for the marketing team. This product deserves much more visibility because many people are still unaware of its benefits. Better awareness campaigns, demonstrations, and educational content could help more households and communities adopt this eco-friendly solution. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to reduce waste and contribute to a greener future.

Good product, absolutely robust

Its almost 6 months that I have bought this composter. I was looking for composter to be installed in my parents place. And since they are very lazy and feel it disgusting to rake the compost pile , I was looking for some suitable option. After all the research I found this composter better and purchased it. Even though I felt it was over priced , I was ready to pay it because I wanted to simplify composting as much as possible to introduce my parents to composting who were not all interested in it. The condition in which composter was delivered was not appealing. It was full of dust and mis handled. I wrote to RUR and explained by frustration. I was happy with the after sales response. They acknowledged the situation and compensated me. Representative Aparna is training me in using the composting through whatsapp and mail. Great news is my parents have started showing interest and using this. I am happy that it served the purpose.

Very pleased. I had been using cardboard boxes with a matrix of cocopeat and biochar, which worked well, and was odorless, but I had to keep adding more boxes, and when the household went from one to two people, three large boxes could not keep up with the volume of kitchen waste we generated. So I bought this about a month or so ago. Not only is it speedily composting everything, it has accepted the contents of the boxes along with the daily dose of coffee grounds and banana peels. I have only a small amount of backlog left to feed it. Today I harvested a gallon of compost tea, to be diluted and sprayed on the gardens. I am doing the maintenance (additives and turning) twice a week. There is no odor. Could not be happier with this product.

I ordered this machine in the month of october to set up in our Living Lab, CAM,Utkal University. This machine came with a very nice packaging.. the delivery was on time and it was very much easy to install as they provided a manual in it.. plus the customer support is tremendously good as the service provided by them during installation was a great help.. I would suggest whosoever is willing to purchase this machine go for it without any doubt.. Thanks a lot ..

Its easy to use, mess free, hassle free set up to ease up your waste segregation and optimal utilisation effort....doesnt take up much space, so its a must must buy for everyone who wants to help mither nature....
