what does this smell like ?

Thank you for your question. This product has a pleasant, mild citrus fragrance. Rejuvenate Customer Care Team

Can I mix it with water to mop with a regular mop?

I do not think it is supposed to be diluted. It says in bottle to use as is which I do.

My new LVP floor has a mat finish, will this leave a shine or mat look?

Thank you for your question. LVT Flooring is designed with a coating to have a matte look. We do not recommend adding our shine products to the surface. You can use the Rejuvenate Luxury Vinyl Floor Cleaner to keep it clean and no rinsing is required. Rejuvenate Customer Service Team

can this be used on regular tile floors also I have both types in my house?

I have both types as well but I use a different cleaner on the tile floors
