Waste of money.
This is my genuine review. If your pc or laptop don't have any disc drive don't buy this one. This product needs video capture drivers to work, they provide CD to install drivers and softwares but I don't have any disc drive to install from CD. And also we can't find relevant drivers in the internet. Several times I contacted service centre for drivers, but they are not responding. And it is not returnable product. But it is worked with mobile but video and audio quality is poor.

It does the job cleanly
I was able to convert more than a dozen cassettes from Sony Handicam to my laptop very easily. It does the job with decent picture quality. It is value for money and very easy to use. Would surely recommend this product.Things to improve : it converts to .mpeg format, you may have to go online and convert to .MP4 to view using phones.

It comes with DVD driver's and laptops.donot have that Drive or working dvd players in system , so impossible to runIf you download from internet also finiding the right driver is difficultI tried for many hours but could not installIt would.be better if the product becomes plug and play and automatically downloads drivers and software to usePlus the Manufacturer website with detailed installation guide will.be betterA Search for Serial no and it should give the right drivers and installation softwareNot worth the troubleThink before you buy, you should have a working dvd and should be a expert in installations

Worst product of all time
Worst product. I changed few VCRs and AV cables thinking that they are the faulties but in reality, this product was soo bad.I even spent money on my VCR to get it fixed. Total waste of time and money.
