Straight to the trash! It pains me to write such a bad review, as I finally found a hay that my picky bun devours. I wanted to give oat hay a try to increase my bunny’s hay consumption, as well as reduce (both) of our allergies to timothy hay. The box on the left is the remnants of my very first order of oat hay (my bun absolutely ate it up)! I had seen older reviews addressing the inconsistency of the hay, but decided to take a gamble once again. Unfortunately, I received the box on the right the second time around. It had a musty smell, moldy pieces, and bug eggs in some pieces too! I wouldn’t let my bun eat it even if he tried… I’m definitely bummed as Amazon is the only way I can get SPS hay shipped to Hawaii. Oh and not to mention, I can’t even return this musty brown hay or get a refund. Definitely stay away!!
