Thinking of getting this for rolling out my polymer clay....what is the thinist this will roll out?

It will roll polymer clay about 1/16" to about 1/8" + it is absolutely critical that you use this with polymer clay to keep it soft and mailable . If it sits unused it tends to get too hard to use. Rolling thru the press revives it perfectly. CulinaryPro is the one I use and think itis the best press for polymer clay.

Can't change the attachments and have read the instructions and watched youtube videos. doesn't work like it states. help. how do i change attachme

I have had no problem with changing the attachment. It just slides on for use and off for cleaning and storing. Could it be the wrong attachment for your machine? Or maybe the channels are crimped? I have used mine several times since I received it without any issues. Hope this helps a bit.

Does it roll dough of notknow it cuts

It rolls dough to a variety of thickness(you select) then you can cut into 1/4 inch (8mm) or 1/8 inch (3mm) strips (or noodles).

How to change the attachments? Does not work like instructions/illustrations?

You lift it up out of the sleeve. Not sure if I understand why ur having an issue. It slides in and out. Just lift the attachment up and it will slide out. Hope that’s helpful.
