It's got proportional turning and acceleration which is kind of nice quality of the builds pretty decent it would be nice if I could put interchangeable parts in it other than that I say it's pretty damn for me. it's rear wheel drive which is good they could use more power steering could be stronger there's a lot of play in the steering but you won't notice it unless you are playing with the steering feels like there's more power on one-wheel which I believe there is but it's still pretty good if you like collecting leaves or playing around with it either way still worth it I'm a big Initial D fan if anything I'm just more satisfied how good it looks

Does not actually drift. While in highest gear just does donuts. While in low or medium gear just does straight line. I used fresh new batteries. Tires are rubber, grippy. Great detail in body. Body Does not transfer to a mini z platform fyi. There is a delay from remote to car, so don't expect accuracy. Toy quality. Great for display.

Well you might want something different. I simply bought this for a friend and he liked it.

Nice car but it broke easily rear tires snapped

It was exactly as advertised. My husband loves it! AND it showed up sooner than I had originally anticipated.

Straight out of the box, it won't drift. Not even on a slick surface. If you want this thing to drift, take 2 pieces of electrical tape and cut them straight down the middle of them so that they will fit evenly around the circumference of the tires, not the wheels. If they stick outwards they catch on the wheel well so keep that in mind (Refer to the picture above). When inserting, slide the tape in pointing towards the front of the car so it doesn't catch on anything and fall off. Steering is only half proportional, meaning you can slightly turn, or turn slightly more. The throttle is actually better than expected, it IS proportional. If you have a piece of thread big enough to fit underneath the batteries I strongly recommend doing so, because they are a super pain to replace. Awesome car for my little bro to slide around, or me when he's taking a nap lol.
