I came back to write this review at the 4th week after I received the product. Overall, this product is perfect for me. I installed it myself and the installation is very simple. Just need to link the wires.The display is clear enough that it requires battery support.I use it because I don't want to make a dig hole on my door. So, I bought this camera.

Very good, there are currently few on the market that come with a built-in screen. The definition of the screen and the sound are not surprising, but they are very good for their function. Recommended product.

The product worked for what I wanted. I showed clearly who was at the door and I could hear the bell on all 4 floors. I have 2 monitors

It seems like a good unit, sound and video quality is acceptable and setup was straight forward. But, no manual came with the unit though it says one does in the description. It had a mute button but it did not seem to work or at least I have no idea how to operate the device without a manual. Even a poorly translated manual would help.

I bought this months ago and still cannot get it to fully work. There are NO OPTIONS OR LINKS to buy a longer cable. you have a 4 pin end and a five pin end which are not available online. I've tried ordering cables, got the wrong size ends. Contacted seller to get the right size cable, but again, no ends. So I went to the local electronics store and purchased crimp on pin connectors. They kept falling out of the crimps. I purchased flux, electric solder and shrink wrap tubing in an effort to make the connections waterproof and tried soldering to the supplied leads. Then I realized that there was not room behind either the monitor or bell for the connections. so I went back again and bought more of the pin connectors and crimp ends and soldered the pins to the crimps. After many many failed attempts, I got something to kind of work. The problem is that the heat shrinks the insulation on the wire allowing it to short out on the next wire, or the solder goes into the cavity where the pins connect. overall, I have spent $42 in parts, 19 hours of my time, and 11 hours of a hired professional's time. What I got was a system that still does not work. We skipped even trying to connect the door latch and only have a one-way intercom. I'm sure this is a simple install if you don't have too far of a distance. Otherwise it's been the WORST NIGHTMARE ever, and I do have technical and carpentry skills. I thought it was me, but even the professional had a hard time and we both gave up before it was 100% WHY OH WHY CANT THEY JUST SELL A LONGER CABLE?!?!?!?! Id of paid another $79 for it.
