Do not buy! I bought 2 of them and they aren’t reliable at all!! I never write reviews but these have made me so mad and they are expensive for something that doesn’t work ! When you go out of town , you want to be confident that your pets are being fed and these don’t do that. It’s impossible to find a number to call the manufacturer for help but I did find an email in a review and have emailed twice but never got a response! These are such a waste of money! I’m warning you, do NOT buy!! You will be disappointed! Great concept but not so great when it doesn’t work. I also don’t think they even deserve one star but had to give one to submit.

I’m only leaving 1 star because I cannot leave 0. This device is an excellent idea with poor execution. It is unreliable and outright dangerous. The app doesn’t properly function and fails to connect thereby leaving me unable to dispense food accordingly. Buy this product if you want to risk starving your cat. I’ll reconsider if and when they update their app and provide a functional product. Until then, this device is a waste of money and time. Wholly inconvenient.

I love this feeder so much cuz it is really smart.Easy to plug in and easy to connect. I can set feed automatically or just click the button to release food. Also I can choose how much food deliver one time. One more thing I like is the monitor, it has a monitor on the machine, honestly it is my first time see what my dog do when I leave home, pretty interesting.

The automatic feeder is a life saver to make sure your little one is fed and happy despite YOUR busy life. However, the app is glitchy and I had to reset 3 times with the fear that my pet might have missed a feeding. So that did not happen but... come on! can you please fix that app!?The container size is perfect for small dog or puppies. The camera and audio recording options are nice features, although I would probably again prefer accuracy in feeding history.

It would have been nice if this product actually worked like it was supposed to. First off the app rarely works and doesn’t always “connect” with the dispenser. Second, when setting up the auto feeding times, it doesn’t always dispense and when it does, it’s never the right amount. When feeding manually, sometimes it works and most times it doesnt. Then when it does, it works few min after hitting okay or even when closing out of the app.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I received feeder several days ago. I was excited to receive it and immediately started setting it up. It is was packaged very well for shipping and came fast. I installed the app and was having some difficulties getting a connection. I wrote the company and they responded the next day with instructions and they also sent me a video which I am attaching as I feel that it would be beneficial for other buyers that run into set up problems like I did. Turns out the problem was on my end with my network. After I fixed network everything worked like a charm. I did read other reviews before purchasing and in my opinion if there are any problems with set up then, like me, it is their network...instructions and app a child could read and install...super easy!My life is hectic with 3 cats, 2 dogs a ton of other pets and 4 children. Often there are arguements about who fed the animals and when; that is what led me to purchase this feeder as a means to help alleviate some of those stresses. The feeder is amazing! With the app I can schedule daily feedings at certain times a day and also adjust the serving size. If they are still hungry I can just click a button on app in my phone to do a manual feeding. I can record them, take photos, I can listen in on them, I can talk to them or even leave them a recorded message. The app is super easy to use. I am very satisfied and so are my 3 kitties.

Problem 1- it can only disperse food via an app on your phone. Not sure if the app is bad or the units. DOES NOT RETAIN PROGRAMMING. We scheduled 4 small feedings throughout the day. They would not save. So we tried the manual feeding. It would not disperse on demand, but a half hour later fed three times in 5 minutes. (Not what we requested)Problem 2- We ordered 2 units. One had video that worked. The other video was stuttering and would shut down the app.Unreliable. It’s a fantastic idea if it actually worked. Unfortunately can not be trusted for weekend getaways! If you care for your pet, DO NOT RISK FEEDING THIS WAY.

If this feeder worked correctly I would love it. It took several tries to set up and once I got it working, it was awesome.I did have constant issues with the app crashing however. After looking up the app in the pet store (it's app names is Petfun), everyone on an android is having the same issues of the app no longer working on Galaxy s8s and up.I also awake to the unit being offline when there was no reason for it to be. This is worrisome as I'm looking to use this as a reliable feeder for when I am not home. Returning to amazon and investing in a more reliable unit.
