It's not worth having battles as everyone loses. I put a teeny tiny bit in her home made fruit smoothie but any normal dosage and she will point blank refuse it. And I dont blame her. It really doesn't taste or smell very nice. A real earthy taste. Its hard to disguise. So disappointing as I really hoped I'd be onto a winner with this for my picky eater. Still, a tiny bit is better than nothing I suppose.
