Excellent product and great value
This is an excellent product. Since I sleep on my side, sometimes my neck is sore in the morning. I use this to help reduce the tightness. Excellent value for this item. It's easy to use and it stays cold a long time. This size is perfect for my neck and shoulders and fits great.

Soothes nerve pain & sore muscles
This model is used by my physiotherapist & I can see why. It's heavy enough & the perfect shape for neck & shoulder pain. It stays in place even as you walk around & bend over. Stays warm longer than any other hot pack I have tried (approx 15-20 min). It's so comfortable, you will forget it's there.

the best cooling therapy pack ever!
this is a GREAT cooling pack! It is long enough to cover over the shoulder (just had reverse shoulder replacement surgery) and stays cool for a long time. FLEXIBLE, SOFT, stays in place and exactly what I needed! Decent price too!
