Best tool less drive tray
Having tried many different drive trays, include some from Icy Box and Starcom, I can say this is the better one, with the highest quality build, user replaceable fan without having to disassemble the unit, and reliable operation.

Bad Design, flimsy and broke before I even got to install it.
The doors in this are very badly designed and the hinges are made of plastic, the door is used as lever to force out the harddrive for removal and due to the bad design and cheap plastic used the door broke clean off its hinge when I went to remove the harddrive about 1 minute after unwrapping the box, I did not even get to install it in my PC. It is a nice unit but the doors are so flimsy and badly designed that it is inevitable that all the doors will break off rendering the unit useless.

Poorly designed
Door hinges are weak plastic and broke the first time I tried to remove a drive. An expensive and useless item.
