If you want spares, this is a good purchase. Got jipped at a local piercer when I was first pierced; they charged me $50 for one of these things :/ Do yourself a favor and purchase

Nice product. Know your gauge size before u order.
Nice product but larger then expected for a nose ring. I don’t know my gauges well so I feel that not knowing the size was my fault. Still a very nice product and definitely recommend.

Won't stay together
I wore three in each ear and wasn't able to keep any of them in for longer than a day or two without losing a ball. Despite screwing them in tightly, they just don't stay secure and you end up losing them all. I don't even wear them anymore. Find something else.

😩I can only use 2 because the others are stuck
I was very disappointed when I received the lip rings because only 2 out of 12 can be worn so if a ball falls off I won’t be able to wear the rest or use the balls 😩
