The side tabs have 3 snaps each and the lower part has 4 so the cami can be customized to your size or the width & depth of your bra. If you are small the tabs can be double wrapped around your bra straps to tighten it up even more. I wear a 36B bra and set the side snaps at the tightest or near-tightest position depending on which particular bra I'm wearing. The material, a stretchy polyester knit, was almost exactly the same material as the dress I bought it for. I bought black; it comes in a number of other colors.
