Does this work on allegro cc sold by Costco

No, the hole pattern is slightly different. 2 of the 4 screws will fit on each leg. The remaining holes can't be drilled out because there is a bend in the metal right there.

Why is it so much for shipping? Are they going to assemble it ?

Please note this is just for the leg kit, not including the Reformer. You will need to assemble the legs yourself. I'm not sure why Shipping is so much, we'll look into this. Thank you.

How do I check the serial number of my Allegro? I think it’s pre 2015 but not sure if post 2000 (bought used reformer)

Mine is located on the panel where the springs hook onto. Just lift the cover and you will see it.

does the 14 inch retrofit kit also fit the pilates IQ reformer?

This 14" retrofit kit does not fit on the IQ. This is specifically for the Allegro Reformer.
