I bought this, hoping it would replace a more expensive clay styling product produced by Paul Mitchell. It does! I use this every day and it does a great job giving just the right amount of hold. I use it to set my hair for the day, so my routine may be a bit different from yours: After showering, I towel dry my hair and put about a dime-to-nickel size amount of this product in my hands. Rub my hands around a bit so the clay is cover my fingers and palms, and then I run my hands through my hair. Styling is easy at that point, though my hair is still a bit wet, so after about 15 minutes I lightly run a brush through my hair and voila -- everything stays in place. Quick spritz of hairspray and I'm done. Totally recommend this product. It's not greasy and doesn't add any extra shine (which I like).

obsessed with the fragrance. holds really well. just takes a small amount, mix with water in your palm, fingercomb through hair.

It tastes good and is very comfortable to use.

Hold: 3/10 Shine: 1/10 Hair pulling: 0/10 Low-medium hold, super matte, and very smooth—you can easily run your fingers through your hair. The scent is also very subtle too. 4 stars because the hold is too weak—easy to restyle, but it doesn’t last.

Bought this product on a whim, to try out (and caused I dig the name), and it ended up being the best product for my my hair. Everyone’s got there go to hair product, and this one is for me! Haven’t found a better match yet for taming my blonde hair. And it smells awesome too, not too strong, but enough to get compliments from those that get close :)

Durability is not long

I love everything about Hawkins and Brimble products. Probably the best hair product I have ever used but the tin lid was severely damaged during delivery. I just replaced with the previous/used lid.

I have been using this product for a few years. My hair is gray with areas of color and this product really gives shine and direction to the gray. I get more compliments on my hair now than I did when I was in my 20's. Love this product!

Product arrived early and was as advertised. Very good value for the money compared to some of the products available in stores. best product I have used to sort my salt & pepper hair. Would definitely buy again.

Its a good matt clay with low-medium hold.. First time trying clay and its amazing.

Pas du tout de finition mate, mauvaise fixation des cheveux. C'est de la crème, pas de cire, pas "matt clay". Bonne odeur.

This clay is awesome not greasy, very easy to style your hair with a matte finish. Washes out really easy no clumping what so ever. 10/10
