Wish I’d known about these sooner!
Every expecting mom should have this on their registry! These were such a game changer and a life saver postpartum when I was dealing with cramping! They are easy to apply, and they are very long lasting! They are quite comfortable. I forget that I even have one on. They come in two different sizes which I appreciated. They are definitely worth the buy!

I bought it late! This should be use after your csection, I used it after 1 mo PP ANd feels no need. The heat last tho! But u need to make it tight to u to feel it. Easy to use and it comfy eough. If you have back pain u can use this, worth the money on that but kinda expenssive!
