Can i use it with coco coir?

Yes you can, Rhizotonic works very well in Coco Coir. This is one of the best root stimulation on the market and you'll see a huge difference in your root mass and health when you use this product. I highly recommend. Good luck

It is not foil sealed, canna uses a type of plastic lined Styrofoam to seal bottles

Can I use this for my container grown tropical fruit trees to strengthen their root system?

This product works great on not only your roots but overall health. Start off 1/2 strength. Another good root enhancer called House & Garden Roots Excelurator.

Can it be sprayed onto plant leaves

Yes... dilute @ 2ml per pint for foliar spray
