I was scheduled for a laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and anxiously scrolling through endless reddit threads of how to survive recovery when I came across the recommendation of peppermint tea for its benefits on digestion and bloating. For those that haven't had a lap before, they blow up your belly with a ton of gas that then has to escape... somehow over the following days and it hurts like the dickens. Pair that with classic post-op digestion and tummy issues and its just miserable. However, on the advice of many smart redditors before me, I ordered some peppermint tea and was very surprised at how much it helped!! I made iced tea so I could sip all day and not only does it taste delicious and refreshing, but I really think it helped my gas pain and overall stomach issues! All hot girls have tummy issues and if you're looking for a way to help that is also tasty and comforting, I think some peppermint tea is the way to go. I am not sure if it matters too much the brand, but I will say that this one was the right price, arrived quickly, and tasted great.

I had my gallbladder out several years ago and since then have had issues with my bowels. This tea has really helped calm my stomach and given me the ability to not be glued to the toilet! A true lifesaver! The fennel, ginger, peppermint and other herbs not only sooth the belly, they taste and smell delicious and is all natural ingredients. I have tried several others, and this is the best one I’ve found and the price is very reasonable! I highly recommend!

I don’t know how this works so well, but I LOVE this tea? If I have over eaten or feel a bit full, this tea helps settle it in the first few swallows. The flavor is great too!

My second order which arrived 06/27 the box was damaged. Luckily the teabags came into packets which is ok. Apart from the damaged box I do enjoyed the tea. Please make better packaging next time.

This tea is not overpowering on the peppermint, the taste pleasant. Comes in tea bags so you don't have to use a tea ball unless you prefer. One tea bag works in a standard coffee cup about 8 to 10 OZ. I can't eat some foods as I did when I was younger. This tea seems to calm my stomach. The box is a good value for 16 tea bags. The tea is caffeine free and all organic.

I love this tea and it works very well. However, the delivery service leaves much to be desired! In stead of using our address they use GPS. It takes them next door to my neighbor. They open my packages and go through them. We have called about it and no one will do anything. We have been with Amazon a long time. This has just started since the first of the year! We want something done about it or we will have to use someone else!

Very good tea. Really helps belly issues before bed. I’ve purchased approximately 12-14 of their teas. They all serve their stated purpose.

I buy this regularly, although I find it rather pricey in amazon. The flavor is minty, and it's strong. I drink it after dinner, and sometimes two cups instead of one. It helps with digestion and calms my tummy before sleep.
