Very good pizza steel
A very good priced pizza steel. Jsut a little oil and heat then it’s good to go and clean once in a while. If you make really big pizzas I would go bigger but this can max out at like 15” pizza easily .

Horrible!
Extremely tacky film all over the pan on both sides. Would take hours to get off or not to mention you’d have to use some sort of chemical cleaner not really even sure this is absolutely disgusting.

Surface finish is close to 150 grit sandpaper. Oil on the surface smells like something I wouldn't want to eat.

Works great, but...
Cooks pizza absolutely perfectly. Like some others comments mention though, it arrived coated in a sticky mess that was very difficult to remove. Packaging stated it was "food safe seasoning" and to wash with mild soap and water, but I had to use an orbital sander to get it off. It was very thick and very sticky to the touch.

Uneven seasoning
Good thick sturdy pizza steel, but I'm going to have to scrub and re-season it. Don't pre-season the pan and wrap it in plastic if it's just going to end up uneven, patchy, and sticky. This is gross.
