Update: based on all the great reviews and me really wanting grey eyeliner, I purchased this eyeliner at the store. IT'S PERFECT!! It's not lumpy or a weird color!! I'm so happy! This eyeliner is so easy to apply, and I'm terrible at liquid liner, and stays put all day. And it doesn't fall off in chunks. I'm very fair and have grey hair, so black and brown liners are too harsh. THIS liner is perfect!! I must have received a really old liner thru Amazon. I ordered the grey and it's the weirdest liner I've ever had. It's the consistency of lumpy liquid paper. When dry, it's a strange whitish-grey color that is just weird. After a while it started falling off in chucks. Maybe I got an old batch.

This product is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It goes on easily and lasts throughout the whole day. I have tried many brands over the years and this by far is the best, and it is not expensive. I highly recommend it.

This eyeliner has a great ergonomic wand & a fine tip. I already have this in black and I love it! It’s easy to apply, dries quickly, doesn’t smudge or flake off easily, and is easy to remove with micellar water or makeup remover. However, after searching a while for a brown liquid eyeliner, I ordered this to try. (They don’t make my previous brown favorite any longer.) The color of the eyeliner is so dark that it looks black. I have many black eyeliners and just wanted something lighter. I guess it’s back to the drawing board.

I love this item. I was using a different liquid liner and part of my eye is more watery and the other liner would not cover it. This has no issue and smoothly goes on and comes off as needed. This is surely my go to now.

The first 2 I bought were great, the 3rd one looked like light gray water. I contacted Covergirl and they made good on the purchase so I can't complain. However; I purposely left the bottle of eyeliner open for 2 weeks to see what would happen. Most of the excess water dried out and now the eyeliner works well. It is now the right consistency and color. I guess the product somehow had gotten too much water in the bottle during production. It just needed to dry out a bit.

Go's on easily, stays on all day and evening

I wear eyeliner on the top and bottom lids; therefore it is extremely difficult to find an eyeliner that glides on, is pigmented dark, doesn’t flake, peel or smudge or cost a fortune! It is so frustrating since Avon discontinued their perfect eyeliner. (Around 2008 to 2010). I have tried every eyeliner I could find under $15. I wore this for half the day yesterday and I was pretty impressed and had to write a review already. It met the criteria so far for the above mentioned things. I will update this if after wearing it longer the eyeliner disappoints me. This comes with a brush so I have to practice more before I can apply it more quickly but as long as it takes to try and apply eyeliners that aren’t pigmented well, flake all over, dry out after a week etc, it’s well worth practicing for. I’m highly impressed so far. Will add a photo soon as well.

Beautiful shade of grey. I'm not a cat eye fan, so I don't know if it's the right consistency for that, but it goes on easy and stays on all day even without primer.

It's not messy at all!! Easy to put on and the colour stays on all day without smudging. Will purchase again.
