Im 11 years old, would this fit in a small?

I can’t find anything on how to wash this. Is it hand wash only?

Im worried about hip size. My hips measure to about 48 inches. Will the inside layer fit over my hips?

La devolvimos. Pero si tu hija tiene 12 años y todavía tiene cuerpo de niña o es una talla L de mujer. En mi opinión creo que si le quedaría bien.
