Good quality and fit

This dress is so cute! I was a little worried the quality wouldn’t be that great, but when I got the dress I was pleasantly surprised! It is great quality and the tulle is super soft - not at all scratchy like tulle often is. The only downside is the dress does not have attached bloomers, so the dress can kind of ride up. Love this outfit!! My niece is 25 lbs and I got the 12-24 size. Fit perfect! It's stretchy and the skirt is nice and soft so it didn't bug her. Would definitely recommend!
