Fabulous value and great quality
The media could not be loaded. Gorgeous variety of koi, all well-packed and healthy. I followed the instructions on the sheet inside the shipping box and put them into a well-seasoned quarantine tank (see video) I can’t wait to release them into my big pond in a few weeks. 100% recommend.

Toledo Goldfish goes above and beyond to provide a great product.
Toledo Goldfish standard Fin Koi is an amazing company. Everything they advertised was just that and more. I received and email as to fish would arrive. They came the day were one day sooner than expected from the website. Had great directions for adding them to the pond as well as fish food. ALL OF THE FISH LIVED! We ordered 5 and got 7. I guess this is to back up their guarantee for just in case one died in route to our home. The fish are absolutely gorgeous! I am a very satisfied customer. Thank You Toledo Goldfish.

Great koi fish!
We worried unnecessarily about their safe arrival. That many fish in a small container with not much water for a few days seemed like a lot to ask. But we are very pleased that they survived and are thriving in our pond. Happy with the variety of coloring and the size. Grandkids love feeding them!

Super quick well packed for travel
Just ordered a couple days ago and this morning my large box of koi showed up on my steps. I ended up getting 20 4-5 inch Koi, cause basically the price was what I would pay for a 2-3 inch koi in the pet store.I received what appear to be very healthy nice fish. Well packaged for travel. Simple directions to follow to prep for release into my pond. More or less you just float the bag in the water and allow time for the water temps to balance out. Then let them out.The only con to the purchase was selection as I could not hand pick the ones I wanted. But getting a 6 inch koi for about $5 rather than $40 at the pet store is the trade off.I did receive some darker koi that had silver trim on their heads and body. Looking down they looked like skeletons in the water. It took a second to figure out that actually was very cool. I am happy with the selections made for me overall because wow, what a great price.I would purchase again from these guys without question. They have a good replacement policy for doa fish, but I didn't have any. Everybody showed up healthy and happy to have a big pond to swim in.Update 9/1/20 all but two are dead. I have also lost another dozen existing fish who had been in there for years. I am waiting to see what they will do? One of the 20 fish purchased was jumping out of the water on the first day. Didn't know what that meant. Now I do. parasites have slowly gone through the two ponds I put these koi in and killed about 1 a day. You expect to lose a few fish, but this has gone on for a month where everyday a new dead fish. I looked it up and the description of what the fish were doing pointed to parasites.I have ordered treatment and will dose both ponds( a third pond is fine, but I didn't add these koi to it) and hope to clean up before I restock. I am hoping these folks do me right on this. We'll see I contacted them a day ago. Nothing yet.update 9/7/20 They are sending more koi along with my reorder. I notified them past their 30 day window. The ne batch will be quarantined for several days first. The two ponds in question have been dosed with medication and the remaining koi seem to be fine now. Watch for any unnatural behavior by your order. It would be wise to isolate first and see what happens than lose so many fish as I did. The company was pretty great with all this and I think their offer was fair. They are replacing half the order.

All fish arrived safe and sound! I was shocked fish could be shipped through the mail.
Do your research before dumping 'so called treatments' into your pond. Mine is pretty small. Only about 400+ gallons. I've maintained it for over a year before deciding to introduce fish. This has all been quite a learning process for me. The main things I've learned is: 10-20% water changes each week. Very good filter/pump system and waterfall. UV filter. Aerators. The new fish seem happy so far. I ordered 10 sarasa comets first, and they sent me 12. I ordered 3 standard koi and they sent me 4. I did lose 2 comets, but that seemed to be only after introducing the API clarifier. I will no longer use that product. The main thing is to do the water changes, clean the filter (with pond water), good healthy bacteria growing media, especially pebbles on the bottom...Update - July 2022: All my koi (4 standard, 4 butterfly) are still thriving. I did lose two comets before I moved the gang to a temporary holding pool last year. I think predators got to them. It was only supposed to be for about 3 months, but life got in the way. Fast forward - I finally purchased an above ground pond kit from Canada. This gives my fish almost twice the room they had, and more protection from wildlife. They are growing so much now, I think it's wise to let a few go to a family member who is starting up a new backyard pond. All my fish were purchased in the Summer of 2020. I've learned much in the last two years. A lot about proper pond care and treating for flukes etc.. If I ever construct a really massive pond, I still would not purchase more fish. Reason being, they need room to thrive! Mine are doing great, they all have names, and they bring us much joy ;)
