Vichy Aqualia Thermal Facial Moisturizer for Dry Skin Face Cream Moisturizer with Hydrating Natural Origin Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing for Sensitive Skin

Most hydrating serums/moisturizers list Dimethicone as the second ingredient. Safe ingredient? Who knows, but some don't like the feeling silicone laden products leave on skin. Coated Smooth and Packed. Further down the list is sometimes okay, but I'm glad I found this combo. EDIT: 1/20/23 . Well the serum, for me isn't enough hydration for northeast winters. I have the combo set(serum/moisturizer) and the cream does help the serum but for my combo/sensitive skin this is better suited to the summer time. If you miss the Peace Rose moisture creme by Sheamoisture one may like this Vichy cream gel since it has a similar if only slightly lighter texture and a simple formula. There is no squalene or rosehip seed oil, and its unscented. Seems to hydrate without silicones. I'd buy the cream again but not the serum. Overall the combo set is a good value if the products work for your skin. Favorite serums: Both have diluted actives w/hyaluronic acids and/or their derivatives. Both work well under various moisturizers/sunblocks and over hydrating lotions/essences. 1. Estee Lauder Advanced night repair, original or latest version of it. Hydration with best texture both in skin appearance and feel. Has fermented extracts that appear more natural(not clean) and possibly astringent? IDK. The product isn't astringent or drying by any means nor is it sticky or even 'cushiony' in feel yet skin appears even and calm in tone, conditioned, and hydrated. I cannot suggest the intensive version since I could feel the silicones. It FELT more like a color foundation not skincare. More of a 'blurred' look with a silky smoothing type feeling or finish rather than actual hydration. 2. Philosophy When hope is not enough facial firming serum which works well with their vit c powder or the Ordinary's L acorbic powder(much more affordable). Works well alone also with the addition of vit c powder. If pigment issues are an issue this packs a punch with ingredients skincare junkies understand. Soy sterols, vitamin c, glutathione and peptides. To me this give an obvious brightening affect in addition to an immediate hydration boost. On damp/wet skin has more of a cushiony feel.

I absolutely love this cream moisturizer 🧴 I have really dry skin between the changing of seasons. I have been having dry patches on my face for the last month, and my old moisturizer has not been doing anything to assist with the itching and visable dry patches. I went all out with this Vichy line. I got this moisturizer to assist me in getting my face back to my normal looking/feeling face that I'm used to. Let me tell you, after washing my face and then putting this face cream on... whooo doggy!!🤯 What a difference!! This is EXACTLY 💯 what I needed! It was instant relief - feeling my skin drink in the moisturizing goodness this face cream provides. 🤤 It has been 12 hours since I did my night time face routine and my face is still super soft and so clean feeling. My face does not feel greasy or weighed down at all. My face feels so much better. Typically by the time I wake up, my face feels dry and tight as my old moisturizers/serums did not do the trick. I 100% recommend this Vichy face cream if you want a hydrated, relaxed, and rejuvinated face.

I can't believe this moisturizer. I'm 63 and have been desperately searching for a moisturizer that really did moisturize my face and neck without leaving an uncomfortable film on my skin or made it oily and greasy or left my skin dry. I just received my order last night and used this last night before bed. It felt velvety, smells lovely, truly moisturized my skin, not oily, greasy and no uncomfortable film. I woke up this morning to soft, hydrated skin. I'm totally in love with Vichy Aqualia Rich Face Cream. The price is unbelievable considering the quality of this product. I'll never be without. I can't say enough about this moisturizer. If you are in search of a perfect moisturizer look no further. I'll update my post in a few weeks. Update: this moisturizer does not play well with other products like my vitamin c serum or my primer.

I tried this cream for the first time after finding it on a "10 Best List." I love Clarins Restorative Day Cream but didn't want to spend $135 for a jar. This cream is very thick and goes on smooth. It's hydrating and not greasy. It does have similar consistency to the Clarins cream and is made in France, too. However, there was a tunnel of empty space in the jar and when I pressed the cream further into the jar, it was only half full. A few reviewers posted photos of the open jar and, sure enough, mine arrived in the same manner. While the price is great for the quality of a product made in France, the volume of cream in the jar is disappointing. I don't know if it's an accurate weight and/or if it's simply how it's put into the jar by the manufacturer. I bought it on Amazon and the jar and package were both sealed. Of note, the Clarins product I bought a few years ago was full to the brim; no dead space! Olay Regenarist cream was also on that list, and I may try that product next to compare.

I just got this two days ago, and my super-dry, menopausal skin is soaking it up and rejoicing! I've had dry, flakey skin on my face for months. I've tried the gentlest cleansers, micellar water wipes, moisturizers, collagen and fish oil in my diet and on my skin, coconut oil, retinol... everything I can think of. Nothing affected the surface texture of my dry, dry skin. I felt dead! I got this two days ago and I've used it once and night and once in the morning, and I can't believe the improvement! The flakes are GONE. My skin feels soft. It doesn't flake even when I apply makeup. It's not heavy or oily either. It's just like good skin again. I am so happy with this moisturizer! I hope it never changes formula or goes out of stock.

I have been searching for a cheaper serum that the department store serum I had been using but I have such dry skin in the winter, I had to break down and go back to it. I use this cream, however, over it at night and I like it very much. Many nights, however, I still use my Nivea Q10 moisturizer from Germany that I buy on Amazon, because my skin is so dry. Even now, despite having rain 19 days out of 26 in the month of April, here in Southern NH, I still have dry skin. I suspect it's due to a thyroid problem but it could just be me. At any rate, for people with normal skin, I would highly recommend this cream by Vichy. This is a brand I am just exploring and so far, I really like what I've tried. Thus, I'm giving it five stars because the normal person probably wouldn't need the very emollient Nivea cream, especially this time of year. I should also mention that my excellent sense of smell disappeared about five years ago, so I can't smell this cream. I can smell strong odors, though, so it can't be very strong.

I think this would be a good product if I could handle the smell. Definitely won't put this on at night when I'd smell it in my sleep. It's probably a decent product, but if they could do something about the scent, it would probably be much more useful to me. I'm not really sensitive to cosmetic scents/smells, but this one is not my favorite, and I really don't use it because of this.

I have ordered this product a multitude of times and or always has that extra moisture needed for my 60 year old skin. I use it after washing face & applying tretonoin. I let the tretonoin sit for 15 to 20 minutes then I apply either a niacinamade oil with zinc or alternate with hyaluronic acid. With all of the above, I moisture at night with with VICHY cream. Always wake-up to soft, emollient skin If a person is using these products it is imperative to apply a 30 plus SPF sunscreen to protect against UV rays, but also the the above products make skin vulnerable so sunscreen is a must. This moisture cream has been great & I have spent money and time finding the best. Good luck hope it helps.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Gesichtscreme. Sie hat eine sehr angenehme Konsistenz, lässt sich leicht auftragen und zieht gut in die Haut ein. Nach der Anwendung fühlt sich die Haut weich, gepflegt und angenehm an. Die Creme spendet Feuchtigkeit, ohne zu fetten. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I have been using various facial products that claimed miracles (never happened) but, honestly, Vichy line seems to really do what it says it will do. I have a normal to combination skin but find the products for dry skin perform much better in cold (winter) weather. I have been purchasing the "Rich" version at my local Shoppers' but found Amazon offers the cream at lower price. Although this cream is geared towards "dry to very dry" skin, I find it non greasy, and my face just drinks it in. The moisture delivered really lasts a very long time although I can't tell if it lasts 48 hours, as it claims; I wash my face morning and evening, and apply this cream twice a day, after washing. It does plump my 63 y/o face and the hyaluronic really smoothes the lines (mine are mostly around my mouth). I'll most likely switch to the lighter version for warmer weather.

Me encanta esta crema. Que pena que ya esté descatalogada, al menos en España... Me deja la piel suave, super hidratada y nada pringosa. Mi piel la absorbe increíblemente bien y queda como de terciopelo, es como si fuera suya.

Avevo letto recensioni negative sul prodotto, ma utilizzando Vichy da tanti anni l'ho acquistato lo stesso e ho fatto bene perchè è una crema eccezionale, superidratante come la cercavo, senza profumo e non unge. Distende anche le rughe e da quando la uso mattina e sera vedo la pelle notevolmente migliorata. Continuerò ad acquistarla. Grazie Vichy, grazie Amazon.
