I have purchased this product several times from Amazon. This time, for reasons that neither Amazon nor Microsoft can explain, the code only partially worked. It is a 1 year (365 day) subscription. When I applied the code I got 187 days, not 365 days. I called Microsoft and spent a long time working with them, and they could not see why it did not apply the full 365 days. They were able to confirm I did purchase a 365 day code. They said I had to contact Amazon as they were the 3rd party that sold it and ask them to resolve or refund. Amazon said they sold the code, and the sale was their only responsibility. The fact that it didn't provide 365 days was immaterial. They very politely told me they would do nothing and it was my tough luck. They had zero interest in helping me. I went back to Microsoft, who to their credit was interested in making it right, and provided a way to extend it to the full year as they had seen evidence that I had purchased it. I am very happy with the M365 product, Microsoft's support, but the 1 star rating is for Amazon refusal to support a defective product they sold and the fact that they did not care they were ripping me off.

I like that it is a Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription that includes Microsoft Teams and a web page address. Might not use the web page right away, but it is nice to have when ready to do so.

I purchased the Business Standard Version from Amazon to save some money, but now am stuck with a useless product. I can not get the software linked to my account, and getting support from Microsoft is impossible. I called their number and its auto attendant tells me to go to a web page for support with business products...but that does not help. The support site tells me to see my site admin. This is the first Office product purchased for my company, so there is nothing set up yet.. I tried a chat with a home user support rep and they can't help with a business license. Totally insane that I can't get any help with this. Everything I do on the Microsoft site prompts me to buy the license form them. So I may have to buy it again so I can use Word. Just crazy that it's this hard to get help

Attempting to redeem the product key it is showing already used and I will be requesting a refund after troubleshooting with Microsoft to make sure it was not an issue on my end. They confirmed it was not attached to the only account I have so I will work directly with them from now on. I apologize for the inconvenience. Currently , I do not have an option to identify which Microsoft account a product key was redeemed on. Since the key was purchased through Amazon, I would recommend reaching out to the seller directly for assistance, as they may be able to verify the key status and discuss refund or replacement options. If you'd prefer, I can also assist you with purchasing Microsoft 365 Business Standard directly from Microsoft to ensure the license is activated on the correct account. Once you've secured a new license, you can then request a refund from the seller for the key that is showing as already redeemed

I wrote a bad review. I was eventually able to load apps. FWIW follow prompts on welcome email. Went smooth thereafter. The directions on Amazon are wrong.

I had issues installing and registering my domain. So… After spending 2 hours with Microsoft support they pushed me to the Microsoft business support line. I explained the situation and told me that since it was bought on Amazon and not Microsoft direct (their website), they did not provide customer service. If you’re confused, and I was too.., all Microsoft products on Amazon are sold through a 3rd party. Hence Microsoft is not liable to provide support for the product/service since it is not them selling it. Is it worth saving $20 probably not. 1 star. Literal no customer service. I told them basically every 10 minutes through out the call I bought it here and it was never mentioned until I got to the business support line. Amazon doesn’t issue refunds, which I understand… still shady business practices on both of them.
