My daughter is 7 she is very slim and average height. What size would you recommend..

My daughter is 8 slim and about average -to slightly tall for her age and the costume goes right to her feet, so the size down may be better, however it does tie at the back so if you wanted it to last you could probably hike it up a bit.

i am a size 6-8, would the girls 8-10 year old be big enough?

Sorry, no idea. It was an ideal fit for my 8 year old last year.
