will interact with metformin rx med?

I’m currently listening to a YouTube video about this vitamin and the doctor (or maybe he’s a nutritionist) said that Metformin can actually deplete our bodies of B1. He did not mention if it had an effect on Metformin. He also mentioned that B1 deficiency is often seen in diabetics. He goes on to say that this deficiency can also cause neuropathy, common in diabetics.

When is the expiry date?

You can see the expiry date on the bottle. It depends on when they made the product. Usually minimum of two years from the date of it was manufactured. So look at the label. If you are buying on line it is difficult to see lot number and expiry date. In reality you can not go wrong you can easily consume 90 caps within three months.
