A friend was using it for something else, I think that has something to do with nerve conduction and it's helped him. So we still have symptoms but they might resolve in time. I'm not giving it 5 stars because my blood sugar is actually higher even though I have a better diet now, plus it's not a magic pill like some reviews make it sound. It is absolutely worth taking if you have nerve damage or the chance for it, like with diabetes. Initial review: I was so hyped about taking this Benfotiamine 300 mg supplement. I'd read great things, stocked up, and was telling others about it, which usually I don't do, generally, I use myself as a guinea pig and if I get results then I share info about a product. My friend and I have been using it to help with diabetes associated problems. Well it's been over 3 weeks and neither of us have seen results. Granted I've got a ton more pills so I'm going to keep at. I have seen that I can take 2 pills a day so I'll try that to see if it helps.
