I’m sorry that I don’t have any experience of this particular printer, but I thought it might help if I say how good the results were when I used this product on my HP 3100 Photosmart 2006 vintage. I had just spent a fortune on inks and the print outs were terrible! However, 4 slices of paper towel slid under the print head and soaked in the fluid for 24 hours with 3 changes of paper during this time and presto! It’s perfect again. I never thought I was going to solve the problem. Give it a try, - Fantastic product. Dave B

The illustration shows a long thin think that coudl be a needle. What is this to be used for please?

In refilling a cartridge a syringe and needle is used to top up the black or colour through hole(s). The same hole can also be used to flush the cartridge using the syringe and needle provided to clear any blockage.

What is this liquid made up of?

All I can say is that it works to clear blocked printer head nozzles etc
