This works great with the companion book.  It adds more depth to the companion book.  It has worksheets and activities to complete that help understand how pain effects your life and how your brain figures into the whole equation.  I am glad I purchased this with the book.  It helped me understand myself and my pain in conjunction with my physical therapist.

This book presents the basics as well as crucial information on what creates pain.It's not only a wonderful read for anyone embarking on this self discovery journey, it's also a great quick refresher for those in the midst of a flare-up.If you would like to read more on this and access a list of other books, videos, etc. check out the most recent piece on holistic divorce counseling.
