I always take Selenium as I find it is good for lifting the spirits. This may be imaginary but I it seems to help. This seemed a good buy, - it was reasonable and well-packed and I am very pleased with it. It has no taste. The previous make did have a slight taste, so I was pleased this one hadn't. It seems effective.

Pleased with this product so far. I only wish it came in larger quantities.

Funnily enough, this arrived the day after I wrote a 1* review because it hadn’t arrived (which coincidentally was rather dishonestly not displayed under UK reviews and makes me question the validity of Amazon reviews in general). Anyway. It arrived so I’m upping my review to 3* just for that. IF (and only if) I see this review displayed honestly for others to read, I will return and revise my review again once I have taken the product for long enough to be helpful with information about how well it works for me. If this current review does not appear, I won’t bother.

200mcg is four times the RDA and more than I want to take daily. I split these in half and the dose is still plenty, but the value for money doubles ;)

In a conveniently-sized tablet. One per day should be plenty, imo.

Fab price but I'm concerned about taking too much magnesium stearate - caking agent so I won't be taking these long term. Also not sure about the benefits as I am taking a few supplements that are making me feel better
