Given the limitations of hdmi2.0 and dp1.2, does this monitor support a lower refresh rate while outputting 4k,4:4:4 chroma sampling, 10bit-hdr?

Chroma Subsampling of 4:4:4 is supported for 4K @ 60 Hz and runs at 17.82Gbps, but only with the default 8-bit BT.709 color. That’s the same color gamut as 720p and 1080i/p. The whole point of HDR is to increase color volume, which it can’t do unless there’s first an increased color gamut. That means stepping up to BT.2020, which in turn means 10- or 12-bit deep color. The HDMI 2.0 spec also calls for a minimum 10-bit color with BT.2020. From a menu where 4K is the main dish, and 60fps, 4:4:4 and HDR are the three side options, you can only choose two. As long as you keep it under 18Gbps, you can have 4K 60 4:4:4 (no HDR) = 17.82Gbps, 4K 30 4:4:4 10b-HDR (no 60fps) = 11.14Gbps, or 4K 60 4:2:2 10b-HDR (no 4:4:4) = 17.82Gbps. 4K 60 4:4:4 10b-HDR = 22.28Gbps and there currently isn't any 4K 60 4:4:4 HDR supported by HDMI 2.0. We need HDMI 2.1...^IFV

If you look at the video on the product and FF to 3:50 in the Game Mode Settings it has an option called 1ms Motion Blur Reduction.

Power delivery on MacBook Pro?

No. This particular monitor does not support Thunderbolt 3 connectivity. You can use a Thunderbolt 3 to DisplayPort or HDMI cable to connect the MacBook Pro. The 27UK850 will perform power delivery over Thunderbolt 3, however not a full 85W required by the MacBook Pro 15” for full speed charging. I purchased the 27UJ650 (this monitor) and plan to eventually add an external dock supporting DisplayPort and power delivery rather than pay the premium to have it built into the monitor.
