It work for the remote live stream, but the parking mode isn't working, it says to connect the parking cable Update jul 20, now this is not even connecting remotely, the unit show a red flashlight ligh. It was working before, but now it just stopped and when I reset the unit the blue solid light came on for a few seconds and then it goes back to red flashlight. I test all fuses and they are fine. I believe the unit itself just it isn't working anymore . Update July 22, 2026 in order for this to work properly with the camera, you need to purchase the data plan and the surveillance remote membership. Thank you for the customer support that reached out to clarify this issue.

I like it overall ,if anyone walks near the car it'll record and follow them while the car is off but here's the problem the first day if using it the remote surveillance worked flawlessly but then the Sim card stopped working ,so i dont know if it's with the Sim card or the unit itself. If that worked then ill easily give 5 stars Update:my data plan expired and had to get it renewed ,the support team were very helpful to solve the issue!

This dash cam is definitely worth it's weight in salt. Especially when you pair it up to the Wi-Fi kit connection. Super great. My soon to be college graduate love it. I installed it in the car her mom gave her. Works amazingly!

Kit was complete, professional installation, unable to connect right away but hoping it will connect later today, if not a call to customer service. Addendum: it turns out that the module cannot be installed in the glove box as it cannot get a good signal. It must be installed on or near the dash. I must now wait a week for my installer to have another morning appointment window so that we can move it properly. I will update when that happens.
